Q: How long does it take to build and ship a custom PC?
On average, custom builds take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on component availability and the complexity of your build. You’ll receive regular updates throughout the process.

Prebuilt PCs

Q: What’s the difference between a custom and a prebuilt PC?
Our prebuilt PCs are ready-to-ship systems with components selected for balanced performance and reliability. Custom PCs are built to your exact specifications. Prebuilts are ideal if you need a PC quickly or prefer a pre-optimised setup.

Q: Are your prebuilt PCs upgradeable?
Yes. All of our prebuilt systems use standard, upgradeable components. You can easily add or replace parts like RAM, storage, or the graphics card later.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, changes may not be possible if your system has already entered the build stage.
