3. Custom Builds and Services

3.1. We build PCs according to your chosen specifications. Once build work has started, cancellations may incur a fee or may not be refundable.

3.2. Build times are estimates only and may vary depending on parts availability and workload.

3.3. All systems are tested and benchmarked before delivery or collection to verify full functionality.

3.4. If you supply your own parts, we are not responsible for incompatibility or damage caused by those parts.

3.5. We will photograph and record system specifications before handover to confirm the build state and protect both parties.

3.6. Performance benchmarks and test results are for reference only — real-world performance may vary.

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1. You may collect your system in person or have it shipped via courier.

4.2. We package all systems securely. Once dispatched, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

5.6. Refunds are only provided if a system is proven faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
5.7. These terms do not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Business interruption, loss of data, or loss of earnings
  • Any claim exceeding the original purchase price of the product or service
7.2. We take reasonable care and skill in all services provided, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of any computer system.
7.3. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
